Psilocybin news for Miami and Florida
Florida and federal psilocybin news for Miami readers, dated and sourced.
From our sister shop, My Mushroom Dispensary. Adults 21+ only.
What the news desk covers
The desk reports psilocybin news that reaches people in Miami and South Florida: bills in Tallahassee, court rulings, clinical trials with Florida sites, FDA and DEA actions, enforcement cases and public-health warnings. We also cover other states, such as Colorado and Oregon, when their rules matter to Floridians who travel. Psilocybin is a Schedule I drug in Florida (Fla. Stat. 893.03), and every story is written with that in mind.
How stories are sourced and corrected
Each post is built on a primary record: a statute, bill page, court opinion, agency notice, ClinicalTrials.gov record or company filing. When a fact rests only on a news report, we name the outlet. When a company's figures differ from a public record, we give both. Every story carries a date, a numbered source list and a "What happens next" box.
When we get something wrong, we correct it in the open, as our editorial standards explain. Send corrections and documents through the contact page.
