Disclaimer: information, not advice
Magic Mushrooms Miami reports and explains; it doesn't give legal or medical advice. Psilocybin is illegal under Florida and federal law, and if someone is in danger, call 911.

Information, not advice
Everything here is general information about the law, research and risks. It isn't legal advice for your situation, and reading it doesn't make anyone your lawyer. It isn't medical advice either, and it can't stand in for a doctor who knows your health and your medicines. If you're facing a charge, talk to a Florida criminal defense lawyer.
Psilocybin is illegal in Florida
Psilocybin and psilocyn are Schedule I controlled substances under Florida Statutes 893.03 and federal law (21 U.S.C. 812). In Florida, possessing any amount is a third-degree felony under section 893.13(6)(a), punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000. Ordering psilocybin online or by mail is illegal under federal law and in every state, and no state permits mail-order sales.
Describing a law, a study or a product is not a suggestion to use anything.
Laws change, so check the date
Bills are filed every session, agencies write new rules and courts issue rulings. Each guide shows a "last checked" date, the day the desk last checked its facts against the sources, and news stories show when they were published. A page can go out of date the day after it's checked, so confirm anything important at the linked source or with a lawyer.
Adults only
This site is for adults. The shop our publisher runs sells only to adults 21+.
In an emergency
Call 911 for chest pain, a seizure, trouble breathing, overheating, someone who can't be woken, or anyone who might hurt themselves. Call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. For a suspected mushroom poisoning, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222, even before symptoms start. The help page has more.
Who publishes this site
Magic Mushrooms Miami is published by the team that runs My Mushroom Dispensary, an online shop for adults 21+. We sell no advertising, and nothing is for sale here. Every page has a Products button that links to the shop, and a few pages carry a labeled note from the publisher; About explains both.
